Craniosacral therapy improves the functioning of the central nervous system, relieving pain and improving mobility. It is used to treat a variety of physical, emotional, and psychological conditions.
Includes any or all of these modalities: Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology taping (one site), and stretches.
Kinesiology taping improves circulation, decreases inflammation, supports muscles & joints, and enables the body's own healing mechanisms to work during the recovery process.
Cold laser therapy uses low-intensity lasers to stimulate healing at the cellular level. It encourages production of endorphins while activating signal-blocking nerve cells. Each treatment can take 30 minutes or longer. This therapy requires multiple sessions for best results.
